Services include a one-hour intake call, original writing of a resume and LinkedIn profile, delivery of draft documents within five business days of the intake call, and one round of revisions based on client feedback. The specific scope of services is as described on this website and as agreed upon at the commencement of each engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of employment outcomes or results of any kind.
C. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By engaging our services or submitting information through this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Services are available to residents of the United States. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual at our sole discretion and for any lawful reason, including but not limited to situations where the service is not appropriate for the client's needs or circumstances.
D. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information about your professional background, experience, and qualifications during the intake call and throughout the service engagement. The quality and accuracy of the documents produced by Rubawi Sijesi depends directly on the accuracy of the information you provide. Rubawi Sijesi does not independently verify information provided by clients, and clients bear sole responsibility for ensuring that all information included in their resume or LinkedIn profile is truthful and accurate. You agree not to request that we include false, misleading, or fabricated information in any document we produce.
E. Service Scope and Limitations
The service includes the deliverables described on the Services and Supplies Included pages of this website: one intake call, one resume, one LinkedIn profile rewrite, and one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds, cover letter writing, interview coaching, and job search strategy consulting are not included in the standard service and are not offered by Rubawi Sijesi at this time. The five-business-day turnaround is measured from the date of the intake call and applies to the delivery of initial drafts. Revision completion occurs within three business days of receipt of client feedback. Rubawi Sijesi makes no representations about employment outcomes resulting from the use of documents produced through this service.
F. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services, the resume and LinkedIn profile documents produced for you become your property and you are granted full rights to use, modify, and distribute them as you see fit for your personal professional purposes. Rubawi Sijesi retains no ownership interest in the final documents delivered to you. All other content on the rubawi-sijesi.info website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Rubawi Sijesi and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission. The Rubawi Sijesi name and any associated branding elements are proprietary to Rubawi Sijesi.
G. Payment Terms
Payment terms, pricing, and acceptable payment methods are communicated directly to clients during the initial inquiry and pre-engagement process and are not published on this website. All fees must be agreed upon in writing before the intake call is scheduled. Payment obligations, timing, and any applicable policies regarding payment are established in the service agreement specific to each engagement. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in suspension of the service and withholding of final deliverables.
H. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are established on a per-engagement basis and communicated to clients before the intake call is scheduled. Because the service involves significant professional time and effort beginning with the intake call, cancellations made after the intake call has occurred may not be eligible for full refunds. I. Disclaimer of Warranties

J. Limitation of Liability
